Inside you’ll find Aromayin classes, a Digital Glow Ritual Guide, Yoga Nidra and guided meditations that you can return to again and again—no perfection needed, only presence.

You can move through this kit like a mini course (following one class and one ritual each day), or dip in whenever you need a reset. Whether you’re new to essential oils, Yin yoga, or simply new to listening to your own body, this kit is here to meet you exactly as you are.
