Banana Split Smoothie
This is a delicious smoothie that is packed full of nutrients for the perfect grab-and-go breakfast or snack meal through the day.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 banana
- 1 cup spinach optional
- 1 scoop Dutch Chocolate Juice Plus Complete or cacao powder
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
Notes
If you want a thicker smoothie or make this into a scoopable bowl reduce the milk and increase the frozen fruit.
