Hi there, I’m Rachel Joy Olsen from Calgary, Alberta Canada. I have been in the health and wellness profession for 30 years.

I’m the Founder of R.J.O. Wellness Consulting, an author, certified, clinical exercise physiologist, personal trainer, yoga instructor, nutriton and spiritual life coach and use a science-backed, holistic approach to achieving optimal health and wellness.

My clients learn how to reduce stress and anxiety, overcome imposter syndrome and being a perfectionist, work through trauma, and love themselves healthy. Through my holistic approach, I can help you quiet your inner critic, overcome self-judgment, set healthy boundaries and be unapologetically YOU.

I’m a recovering perfectionist who for years hated the person I saw in the mirror and never felt good enough. Then, I decided I’d had enough… I needed to make a change! I focused on healing myself through self-love and I began to heal myself of an eating disorder, body dysmorphia, a liver issue and gut health problems it propelled me into an unstoppable mission.

My mission is to empower women to love themselves enough to eat, move and live well, step into their greatness and build the life of their dreams. I hope you’ll join me in discovering new possibilities and your true potential.
