Hi, I’m Rachel — a wellness coach, yoga instructor, and creator of AromaYin. For over 30 years, I’ve been helping women care for their bodies and nervous systems in ways that are compassionate, realistic, and deeply rooted in whole-person wellness. Glowing & Grounded: Women’s Wellness Series brings together everything I love to share: yoga, holistic nutrition, essential oils, gentle coaching, and education about women’s health — all in a calm, supportive space.
