Is This for You?

This weekend is for you if:

  • Stress, fatigue, or anxiety have become your “new normal.”
  • You’re ready to feel grounded again, sleep better, and breathe more deeply.
  • You sense there is more for you—but you need space to hear your own heart.
  • You love yoga and/or essential oils and want to experience them in a deeper, more intentional way.
  • You’re a practitioner or teacher who wants tools for supporting others with stress and emotional overwhelm.

All levels are welcome—beginners to seasoned teachers. No experience required; just a willingness to slow down.

What Is AromaYin?

AromaYin is a signature yin yoga program developed by Rachel Joy Olsen (BYT-200, BYT-500, BCEP certified yoga teacher, health coach and author) that blends:

  • Yin Yoga for Deep Release
    • Floor-based, long-held poses that target fascia and meridians, relax the body, and support nervous system regulation.
  • Aromatherapy for Emotional Balance
    • Carefully chosen essential oils (diffused and pre-diluted topicals) to support calm, grounding, and heart-opening.
  • Heart-Centred Mindfulness & Inquiry
    • Breath work, visualization, journaling, and gentle yoga philosophy to reconnect you with your inner voice and heart’s desires.

You’ll not only enjoy the experience—you’ll learn how to recreate it at home as a personal ritual.
