Hello! I'm Rachel!

As a certified health, wellness & spiritual life coach, clinical exercise physiologist, personal trainer, yoga teacher and  nutritionist, I’ve been helping women upgrade their health and well-being for the past 25+ years, so they can love and thrive in their bodies as well as their life. 

I’ve personally and professionally explored and analyzed what does and doesn’t work in the health and fitness industry. And with that knowledge and awareness, specialize in helping women love, respect and have compassion for themselves so they can make healthy choices that result in better, more long-term.

I’m the author of A beginner’s Guide To Going Meatless and The Magic Of Living Nutrition, as well as the creator of the transformational course and coaching program Love Yourself Healthy.

My programs are dedicated to teaching women to love themselves unconditionally and listen to their inner wisdom to feel their best. I believe that true wellbeing, and becoming a wellness rockstar, is a journey to be enjoyed not a forced destination.

ABOUT ME

THE QUICK

I wasn’t always like this…healthy, energized and purposeful. Just like you, I’d had enough of hating the person I saw in the mirror and did something about it! The mind-body-soul transformation I went through completely changed my life and passionately drove me to help other women do the same. 

THE DIRTY

Here’s the condensed version of my transformation story:

My own wellness journey took me from full-blown sugar addict with binge eating disorder and such bad body dysmorphia that I couldn’t stand looking at myself in the mirror no matter my size… to having a loving healthy relationship with food and my body.

The best part of this transformation is that I now had more confidence to fully step in to the woman I knew I really was, not be afraid to speak my truth and live life on my own terms. 

I used to think that having a healthy body meant depriving myself and doing super hard workouts. That is NOT TRUE!

I soon learned that rather than surviving, or punishing myself, I learned to thrive! That, to me, means loving myself enough to be kind and have compassion for where I am in the moment and do what makes me truly happy!

MY PHILOSOPHY

Food, movement and love are medicine for the body, mind and soul. We were made to do hard things and what seems hard now will make things easier later. 

 

 

MY FAVOURITE THINGS

Snuggles with my dog, my morning routine, reading  mind-bending books, practicing yoga, meditating and inspiring conversations. 

STRUGGLES I’VE OVERCOME

An eating disorder, sugar addiction. body dysmorphia, perfectionism and self-hate.  Yes, I’m human too and I’m always conscious of old habits rearing their ugly head. The key is knowing how to recognize and overcome them.
